Company Overview:
Join the Tampa division of a Top 10 heavy civil general contractor specializing in some of the largest and most impactful water and wastewater treatment plant (W/WWTP) projects in the country. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale Water Treatment Plant projects in central & northern Florida. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-profile, complex projects valued between $100M - $750M.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 7 years of experience managing Water or Wastewater Treatment Plant projects for a General Contractor or CMAR firm.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on at least one W/WWTP project valued over $100M in the last 5 years, or a PX or Operations Manager on multiple W/WWTP projects in excess of $50M.
• A 4-year degree in a construction-related field is required.
• Experience working for an Owner, Engineering, or Design firm is not acceptable.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
• Reasonable relocation expenses to move to the Tampa area will be covered.
