Join the Tampa Division of a Top 10 heavy civil general contractor, renowned for delivering some of the most complex and high-profile water and wastewater treatment plant (W/WWTP) projects across the nation. We’re currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multi-million-dollar W/WWTP projects in the Tampa area.
Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will play the critical leadership role overseeing all phases of construction on large-scale water and wastewater treatment plant projects, typically ranging from $75M to $750M. This is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity for a driven construction professional with proven success in managing complex W/WWTP projects.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience working on W/WWTP construction projects for a General Contractor.
• Must have Project Manager experience on at least one W/WWTP project valued at $50M+ within the last 5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
• Experience with an Owner, Engineering, or Design firm does not meet the qualifications for this role.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000/year (commensurate with experience)
